What is Marpass?
Marpass is an all-in-one software platform for adult family homes, assisted living, and residential care. It replaces paper binders and disconnected tools by combining eMAR, resident records, care plans, staff scheduling, credentials, compliance, billing, and documents in one place. It's built for homes with roughly 2 to 30+ residents.
How much does Marpass cost?
Pricing is a base rate plus $10 per resident, per home, with a 3-resident minimum. The Entry plan starts at $79/month (3 residents) and Advanced at $109/month; Enterprise is custom pricing for multi-home operators. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts, annual billing saves 20%, and multi-home discounts are 10% off at 3+ homes and 15% off at 10+ homes.
Where is Marpass available?
Marpass is onboarding adult family homes and assisted living facilities in Washington and Florida through a waitlist. Join the waitlist to request early access.
Is Marpass HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Marpass is HIPAA compliant with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit, hosted on SOC 2 Type II-audited cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel). A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included automatically with every account, and access is controlled by role with a tamper-evident audit trail.
What is an eMAR, and how does Marpass's work?
An eMAR (electronic medication administration record) replaces the paper MAR. Marpass uses a 3-click medication pass, works offline with automatic sync, auto-timestamps every administration, sends overdue and missed-dose alerts, and generates audit-ready MARs for state inspections.
Can Marpass read doctor orders?
Yes. You can photograph or upload a handwritten or printed doctor order and Marpass's AI extracts the medication, dosage, schedule, and instructions with per-field confidence scores. A person reviews and approves the order before anything is pushed to the eMAR, so there's no manual transcription.
Does Marpass support multiple homes?
Yes. The same product scales from a single adult family home to a multi-state portfolio. Owners get a multi-home dashboard with compliance, alerts, occupancy, and revenue per home, plus volume discounts as you add homes.
Is Marpass available in Spanish?
Yes. Marpass supports both English and Spanish so caregivers can work in the language they're most comfortable with.
