Every plan is a base rate plus $10 per resident, with a three-resident minimum. Entry starts at $79/mo (3 residents); Advanced is always $30 more for the same resident count.

How do I get started?

We are onboarding adult family homes and assisted living facilities in Washington and Florida now. Join the waitlist and we will reach out to set up your home.

How does annual billing work?

Pay annually and save 20% versus monthly billing.

Do I get a discount for multiple homes?

Yes, 10% off at 3 or more homes, and 15% off at 10 or more homes.

What add-ons are available?

Add only what you need, per home per month: Inspection readiness ($39), Billing & invoicing ($25 plus payment processing), and Cloud fax ($20). Time & pay is included in Advanced.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
