The product is the same whether you run 1 home or 100. Our launch is sequenced by state (Washington first), so on the discovery call we’ll be honest about which of your homes we can serve at signing and which we’ll onboard as we open the next states.
How is enterprise pricing structured?
Multi-home portfolios are priced as a custom quote, not a published rate. We size the quote against your home count, resident mix, integration scope (pharmacy, billing, identity), and SLA requirements. Expect a written quote within a few business days of the discovery call.
Do you have an SLA, BAA, and audit rights?
Yes to all three. Every customer gets a signed BAA. Multi-home customers get a written SLA covering response times, uptime targets, and audit access, terms are negotiated as part of the portfolio agreement. See /baa and /security for the foundational documents.
Will my regional administrators get role-specific dashboards?
Yes. Marpass has portfolio-level views for owners, regional rollups for administrators, and home-level views for caregivers. Permissions are role-based and audit-logged on every access.
How do you handle data residency and security review for multi-state portfolios?
All resident data is stored in the U.S. on infrastructure under our BAA. We can provide a data flow diagram, vendor security questionnaire responses, and a SOC 2 readiness summary for your security review on request.
How does the migration cost compare to our current platform?
We don’t publish comparison percentages because every portfolio is different. On the discovery call we’ll review your current invoice with you and prepare a side-by-side comparison against our quoted scope, so you see the math before any commitment.
