My current eMAR doesn’t offer a clean export. What do I do?
You’re not alone. Tell us which system you’re on and we’ll help you get a CSV export and map it for import. If parts of your records only exist on a printout, you can photograph them and our AI extracts the residents, meds, and doses. We don’t make this your problem.
Will my historical eMAR records carry over?
We help you bring over recent history through your system’s export and our guided CSV import, plus photo capture for anything that only exists on paper. Older records stay archived and readable in your old eMAR for as long as your contract there allows.
What if my staff doesn’t adapt to Marpass?
In our trials, the average home is fully comfortable in 3 days. If your team isn’t comfortable, we’ll help you transition back to your old system. No lock-in, no drama.
Can I keep my pharmacy integration?
